Kate helped me stop smoking!

I have been a smoker for too many years, stopped a few times but then for whatever reason started again. The current therapies on offer through the Stop Smoking campaign of the NHS were not suitable for me. I spoke with Kate and she was thrilled to accept me for hypnotism to stop smoking.

At the first meeting Kate goes through the course in depth, provides facts and figures as to why it is good to give up smoking, and exercises to perform via text to my phone. You also need to show why you want to stop, and give a commitment to the course.

The exercises are designed to make you hypnotise yourself, and Kate puts these across with a beautiful tone of voice, which makes it easy to understand, and get you to self hypnotise.

We had 4 sessions and I stopped smoking after the first one.  The other sessions then focused on reinforcing my commitment to remain a non smoker.

Kate was extremely thorough, patient,  and was always available to help should I need it. All of the exercises she provides are aimed at you, and as said before given with a beautiful tone of voice that makes it easy to follow.

I would have no hesitation in promoting Kate to anyone interested, and with the desire to stop smoking, she has really helped me. Thank you Kate.

I went to Kate for a course of hypnotherapy sessions as I have long term insomnia.  After doing some sessions in person Kate then gave me some recordings to listen to in my own time. She provided techniques to help aid relaxation and to decrease stress.

I am very particular about voices and found her voice to be very soothing and comforting. I don’t know how she does it but I was able to sleep pretty much after every time of listening to the specially designed recordings to help with sleep.  This is a huge achievement for somebody like me with a long term problem. My ability to combat insomnia continues to improve.
